Use this to test your webhook handlers for successful payout completion, verify your webhook processing logic handles PIX payout confirmations correctly, and test your user notification flows without waiting for real PIX network confirmations. This simulates the webhook that would be sent when a real PIX payout is confirmed by the Brazilian payment infrastructure. Only available in sandbox mode.
