Creates a new payment recipient profile with complete bank account details, contact information, and payment preferences. Recipients are destinations where you can send payouts. Include details like bank name, account number, routing number (or equivalent), SWIFT/BIC for international transfers, recipient address, and currency. Once created, the recipient can be used repeatedly for future transactions without re-entering bank details.
