Create new transaction

Initiates a new financial transaction including payments, payouts, or currency conversions between accounts. Before calling this endpoint, you must create a simulation to preview fees and exchange rates. The simulation ID is required and must be valid (not expired, typically valid for 24 hours). Once created, the transaction moves through various statuses (CREATED, PROCESSING, COMPLETED, FAILED) which can be tracked via webhooks or polling.
