Retry identity verification

Re-initiates the KYC/KYB verification process including identity verification, document validation, and liveness checks. Use this endpoint when initial verification failed due to poor image quality, expired documents, or failed liveness detection, or when a beneficiary has submitted new/updated documents. This triggers a fresh verification workflow while maintaining the beneficiary's existing ID.
